Agu Ukaogo is a native of Nigeria, Africa raised in the US (Omaha. Nebraska), but he now resides in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a personal trainer in Atlanta, Georgia & surrounding areas, where he trains local residents ranging from kids to professional athletes. Agu has been training for the past 10 years; he is certified in Fitness and Nutrition. Clients train with Agu for different reasons which include overall health,weight loss/weight gain, firm and tone their bodies, stress relief,fitness conditioning and fitness rehabilitation.
